Terms and Conditions

By hiring Nettoyage Cleaners, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Services
- We provide cleaning services as agreed upon in your booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or scope reasons (e.g., hazardous waste).
Bookings & Cancellations
- Bookings require at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full fee.
- We may reschedule with notice due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staffing shortages).
Payment
- Payment is due after the service in CAD, plus applicable taxes (e.g., HST).
- Accepted payment methods: credit card, e-transfer, cash, or debit.
- Late payments incur a 5% weekly fee.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure access and a safe working environment for our team.
- Secure pets and valuables, and inform us of any hazards before we begin.
Liability
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or unsecured items.
- If we cause damage and it is reported within 48 hours, compensation is limited to $500.
Guarantee
Unsatisfied with the service? Notify us within 24 hours for a complimentary re-clean (one per job).
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
